This 300 year old hotel required a full refurbishment to its existing 35 bedroom & bathroom suites, following release from a multi year booking agreement.
Our brief was to produce rooms for a higher price point than they had previously marketed for.
The biggest complaint the hotel had prior to our work was insufficient sound installation between the bedroom suites.
Once we cleared the rooms of existing bedroom & bathroom items, we carried out the following:
- Design & manufacture of case goods
- Installation of case goods
- Fitment of additional proofing
- Installation of new electrics
- Install new bathroom suites
- Source decorators
